Fitting a Mon-Tech Mont-Rock body on Axial Capra | PART 2
In regards to the paint: after having finished spraying, I let it dry it really well for a couple of days.
Then, while I was applying the stickers, I've noticed that the body had a crack on the side, where the doors meet.
That's really odd, I've never cracked a body by painting it!
I've emailed the Montech and they replied that "some paints can be aggressive with polycarbonate" and to basically live with it.
I've replied that there are no better paints than Tamiya and I've never had a problem like that with other bodies.
They never replied back, quite disappointing.
